Excel calendar - simple please

Hello
Our business uses a very basic Excel calendar to manage a number of functions.
It is literally a list of days dates - then some columns for different areas of the business and what is happening.

What I need is:

A summary page
Individual pages for each area of the business that link back to the summary page. The individual pages will have more space available than the current "all in one place" version
The calendar / sheet to be able to select to look at certain things - i.e. select February and we find that
Also it would be great if it could look pretty!

I dont have the skills or time to do this, but I dont think it is (or indeed want it to be) complicated - it needs to be very used friendly
