Hi there i need an expert on shopify to respond AT a My question WE usually use Draft orders to make some Invoice on Shopify. We see in the documentation of shopify that Shopify market permit to change the currency duties and tax according the market configuration. My client said that he has several point on it 1) the customer's shipping address does not appear in the frequent case of using a payment link => the currency must be entered manualy... which is not apparently not possible 2) In the case of sending the invoice in the form of an email, the currency and taxes are set before entering the address and are not modified afterwards. Furthermore, the language is French by default on .com draft orders while you must be able to choose English. What is the solution ? Do you have either working draft order in multiple currencies on exemples or explain us how it match ?

Integrate website sign up forms with Mailchimp and Monday.com
We are a small new company and have decided on Mailchimp (MC) as our email campaign platform and Monday.com as our CRM. We also have two websites - a main site, and a second one for training, which also has the facility for participants to create a login and pay online for courses. We envisage data being added to MC and Monday.com in three ways: 1. Manually, when we are in contact with an individual contact (probably directly into Monday.com) 2. Manually upload a csv file from Typeform, where we have invited individuals to register for a standalone workshop, or asked individuals to provide more information relating to a project we are working on. Some of the fields may be too niche for capturing in MC or Monday.com but the form will still include basic contact details, and the relevant GDPR questions. 3. THE MAIN REASON FOR THIS PROJECT REQUEST: We also want to embed sign up forms into our two websites, and for all the contact/preferences data we collect, to be automatically feed back to MC and Monday.com. These sign up forms should include the standard contact fields, plus some other fields relating to interests and engagement (in the form of both single down drop selection and multi-selection drop down fields). Please note no matter which of the above options is used, we still want all data collected to end up in both platforms by way of a 2-way API to ensure both platforms are always in sync. We also need to include the necessary GDPR questions in those embedded sign up forms, and for that data to be captured and visible in both MC and Monday.com. Obviously MC will then manage ongoing GDPR with opt-out, unsubscribe etc. Keeping Monday.com updated with changes as they come through, for reference purposes. At the moment we have separate basic stand alone sign up forms in both our websites. These are not fit for purposes as they can only collect limited data and there is currently no integration with MC or Monday.com. We have made a start by creating one of these embedded sign up forms in MC (the one to go into the training website) but we need with the following: a) embed this form into our training website b) create a second sign up form in MC so that we can embed a slightly different form in our main website c) make sure MC and Monday.com are set up ready to receive the data from both of these forms d) correctly capture the GDPR component in MC so that our processes remain compliant moving forward e) create the necessary APIs to ensure the ongoing data collection/GDPR process is automatically synced between both platforms. And finally, if we could also find a way to embed the data captured via Typeform (option 2 above) instead of doing this manually, this would be an added bonus.

I was actively trading in the business from 2018-2021. However after this, I stopped trading in the company, but kept the ltd company open. It is still open and currently dormant. However, I have now secured a full time job. They are using a reference/ verification agency called HireRight to verify all my details including my work/ employment history. I inputted my employment history and included details for running my own company. Now they are being quite difficult asking for the HR persons number (We do not have one, it is only me as managing director), then they asked for an employment contract. It's quite frustrating, because they can literally check my details very easily on companies house. After some back and fourth with them, they have agreed a letter from an accountant to verify ive "worked" for Digisee Ltd. So my request, is simply this: - A letterhead letter - By an accredited, verifiable and contactable accountant/ company - That states I am the managing director of X Ltd company - Between these dates actively trading 2018-2021 - 2021 -2024, the company has remained open, but has eventually become dormant That should be all that needs to be included. However 'just in case', Id like to ask for atleast 2 change requests, should HireRight say the initial letter does not suffice. Please note, i am currently awaiting an email confirmation from them confirming exactly what needs to be included in the letter. Furthermore, they may need to make a quick phone call to you, to verify you wrote the letter. I hope you can see that the job is relatively simple. This would need to work only for certain products. We would like them to have the option to add a basic piece of engraving to their product. IF they click just text, there then needs to be a field where they enter upto 8 Characters into the box and it is submitted with the order, it also then adds £4 charge per number of that item to the basket. If they click custom, it charges £10 and asks them to email their design to an email address but still adds the charge to the basket. There will need to be a link to the the "Engraving" page on the website which provides them any further information or FAQ's about the service. In order for this to work with our stock system IT needs to add an additional product to the order to pull through into the order management system.
