Set up automated chat bot for our website

I need someone who can use Hub Spot or Chat Bot or a similar platform to create FAQ workstreams to answer generic FAQ related questions as a chat box pop up on our website. All potential questions and options need to be added and there needs to be an option to speak to a live advisor if there is someone available or they can fill in a form for their details to be sent to the admissions team.
