Looking for freelance Forklift Driver jobs and project work? PeoplePerHour has you covered.
Full-Stack Developer for Business Operations
Summary Project Overview We are a manufacturing company with our own delivery fleet, supplying our products to customers across the island. We are looking for an experienced developer (or small team) who can analyze our existing workflow and build a modern solution to automate and simplify our operations. Our Current Workflow 1. Customers place their orders via WhatsApp, usually one day before delivery. 2. A staff member manually copies every order from WhatsApp onto paper. 3. Orders are grouped by delivery region. 4. The processing department receives the handwritten orders and prepares the products for each region. 5. Once processing is completed, invoices are manually created. 6. All invoices are written and handed to the drivers before deliveries. 7. At the end of the day, drivers return with payments collected from customers. 8. Payments (cash, cheque, or bank transfer) are then manually reconciled. Product Pricing & Weight Calculation We deal primarily in fresh chicken products, and our pricing is based on net weight (kg). However, customers may place their orders either by pieces (pcs) or kilograms (kg), depending on their preference. Each customer may also have their own negotiated pricing, so the system must support customer-specific price lists. During processing, the products are packed into crates before dispatch. Each crate has a different tare weight (typically 1 kg, 1.9 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg, or 4 kg). For example, if a customer orders 50 pieces of chicken, the order may be packed into 6 or 7 crates with varying tare weights. The processing staff records the gross weight and the tare weight of the crates, and the system must automatically calculate the net product weight (Gross Weight − Total Tare Weight). The customer is then invoiced based on the net weight, using their agreed price per kilogram. Order Complexity We currently manufacture and sell approximately 50 different chicken products. The system must support customers ordering any combination of these products in a single order. As our business grows, the solution should efficiently handle large multi-line orders while ensuring accurate order processing, production planning, invoicing, and delivery. The application should remain fast, reliable, and easy to use even when processing complex orders with many different product lines. Delivery Adjustments & Exceptions As we deal with fresh chicken products, the invoiced quantities may occasionally need to be adjusted during delivery. Some customers choose to verify the weight of the products upon receipt. If the measured weight is lower than the invoiced net weight, the driver contacts the office and the invoice must be adjusted so that the customer is charged only for the weight actually received. If the delivered weight is higher than the invoiced weight, no adjustment is required. In addition, there are occasions where a driver may inadvertently leave one or more items at the factory. In such cases, the driver contacts the office from the customer's location, and the missing items must be removed from the invoice so that the customer is billed only for the products that were successfully delivered. The system should make these delivery-time adjustments simple, fully traceable, and synchronized with the final invoice and payment records. Our workflow involves many real-world operational exceptions that cannot always be anticipated. We are looking for a developer who can design a flexible system capable of handling these scenarios without requiring manual workarounds or software changes each time a new business rule arises. While this process works, it requires a significant amount of manual work, duplicate data entry, printed paperwork, and repetitive administrative tasks. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can study our workflow, understand our business processes, and propose a modern, scalable solution. We are open to suggestions if there are better ways to improve our operations.

I am seeking a highly skilled AI video creator to collaborate on a long-term project involving the production of realistic, cinematic AI-generated videos. The project itself is confidential, so only limited information can be disclosed at this stage. I am looking for someone with strong experience in AI video generation, realistic animation, prompt engineering, scene composition, and cinematic storytelling. This is intended to become an ongoing collaboration with the right person. Selection Process Due to the confidential nature of the project and the level of quality required, I will not be selecting a freelancer based solely on their portfolio. Before awarding the project, I require interested applicants to complete a short sample task so that I can accurately assess their technical ability, realism, and attention to detail. The sample is requested solely for evaluation purposes. It will not be used, published, distributed, or exploited commercially, and all intellectual property remains with the creator unless a separate agreement is entered into following successful selection. Sample Task Please create a minimum 20-second AI-generated video based on the following scenario: A British Rail Class 37 diesel locomotive approaches the entrance to London St Pancras station at night, travelling at a realistic slow speed of approximately 10 mph. The locomotive should appear authentic, weathered, and historically accurate, with its headlights illuminating the track ahead. As the locomotive approaches, the driver sounds a single warning horn. Several railway workers wearing orange high-visibility clothing are standing in a safe position beside the railway, well clear of the running line. As they recognise the approaching locomotive, they all turn to face it and simultaneously raise their right hands in greeting to acknowledge the driver. They maintain the greeting while the locomotive slowly passes before lowering their hands once it has gone by. The scene should include realistic railway infrastructure, including signals, junctions, points, station approach lighting, trackwork, overhead line equipment where appropriate, and a detailed nighttime environment. Lighting, reflections, shadows, locomotive movement, human animation, sound design, and the overall atmosphere should be as realistic and cinematic as possible.» Please Include - The AI software and workflow used. - Approximately how long the sample took to create. - Confirmation that you can consistently produce work of this quality. - Examples or links to any similar AI-generated projects you have completed. The submitted sample will be the primary factor in determining the successful applicant. The freelancer selected will then be invited to discuss the confidential long-term project in greater detail, with the opportunity for ongoing work. Preferred Applicant My preference would be to work with someone based in the United Kingdom, as this may make communication and future collaboration more convenient. However, applications from anywhere in the world are warmly welcomed. The most important requirement is that you are fluent in English, as this is my only method of communication. Strong communication skills and the ability to understand detailed project requirements are essential. If you believe you have the skills, creativity, and experience to deliver high-quality AI-generated video content, I would be delighted to review your submission. I look forward to viewing your work and hopefully building a long-term working relationship with the successful applicant. Thank you for your time, and I wish every applicant the very best of luck.

Caravan and Van interior design
We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 young children) planning to travel around the UK and Europe for extended periods. We are looking for an experienced 3D designer who can help us design a practical, modern interior for both a large twin-axle touring caravan and a support van. We have already experimented with AI-generated designs, but they don't understand real-world dimensions. We need someone who can create concepts that are both attractive and realistically achievable within the available space. Van (Peugeot Boxer / Fiat Ducato / Citroën Relay size) The van is not our living space. It will act as our dressing room, wardrobe, storage area and mobile office. The layout should include: Two front cab seats. Two fully seat-belted rear travel seats positioned directly behind the driver and passenger for our two children. A large wardrobe/storage area for all clothing, shoes and personal belongings. A comfortable area to get changed and ready each day. A dedicated workspace for two adults with a desk suitable for trading and working remotely. Provision for laptops with clip-on portable monitors. Plenty of practical storage for everyday items. The interior should feel bright, spacious and modern, using light oak, beige, cream and other neutral colours to maximise the feeling of space. Caravan (Large Twin Axle) The caravan will be our main living space. We would like the design to include: A fixed double bed positioned across the rear of the caravan, filling the rear wall, with the headboard against the back wall. Sleeping accommodation for two young children (creative bunk bed solutions welcomed). A shower and toilet (or toilet with alternative layout if you feel it creates a significantly better design—happy to see suggestions). A modern kitchen with: 2-burner hob Tall fridge/freezer Microwave Air fryer storage (this will be used instead of a traditional oven) Kettle Toaster Plenty of cupboard storage A large, extremely comfortable L-shaped sofa. Large TV mounted opposite the seating area. Modern, clean, Scandinavian-inspired interior with soft neutral colours and quality lighting. What we're looking for At this stage we are not looking for technical construction drawings. We simply want someone to produce realistic 3D concepts and floor plans that help us visualise the layout before moving on to detailed CAD drawings later. If you have experience designing campervans, caravans, motorhomes, tiny homes or compact living spaces, we'd love to see examples of your previous work.

Backend rental management system Admin system for managing bookings, customers, vehicles, documents, payments, statuses, pricing, availability, staff notes, and operational tasks. The system needs to be mainly built around WeWeb, with backend/database support from Xano or a similar platform. We already have Retell AI and Zapier set up for the AI phone/call workflow, but we need the rest of the system properly connected and managed through to completion. Flutter screen Fix and end end to end testing
South African on-demand delivery platform. The Flutter app is a multi-role super app (Buyer, Supplier, Broker, Driver, Consumer, Runner) built with Flutter 3.x and Riverpod 2.x. Approximately 70% of the design system is correctly implemented. This job is to fix the remaining 30% of design inconsistencies to match the provided reference screenshots exactly. What You Will Receive • Full Flutter codebase via GitHub private repository or zip file • Reference screenshots from the Claude design system showing the exact target appearance for every screen • AppColors constants file showing the exact hex values for each role accent colour • Written spec listing every known issue (detailed below) Covers every single known design system violation across four categories. Typography: self-hosted Inter Variable instead of google_fonts, font weight cap at w600 for display and w500 for everything else, zero w700/w800 anywhere, correct price format with space after R. Components: ClipRRect replacing every ClipOval, 1px card border with correct shadow, 100px pill radius replacing 4px, the one gradient rule (hero card only), Material Symbols Rounded replacing all emoji icons, working back button handler everywhere, zero hardcoded hex values. Colours: three specific wrong values that need correcting — consumerAccent is #14B8A6 not #0F766E, runnerAccent is #0D9488 not #10B981, partnerAccent #4F46E5 is missing entirely. The brief includes five grep verification commands — the freelancer cannot submit without running all five and getting zero results. Brief 2 — Screen Fixes + End-to-End Tests Thirteen specific screens listed with the exact issue on each. The splash screen not completing its animation. The OTP verify screen not auto-advancing between boxes or auto-submitting on the sixth digit. The workspace selector not showing the accent border on the selected card. The buyer home hero price card not loading from Supabase. The supplier requests feed not updating via real-time subscription. The freshness colour bar not changing colour by age. The live tracking map not showing the runner. The driver POD OTP not blocking on wrong entry. The gauge photo allowing gallery instead of camera only. The runner wallet combining earnings and reimbursements into one total instead of two separate rows. The runner job card having no visible countdown timer. The consumer OTP field visible before status reaches arrived. The bottom nav active state not switching to FILL 1 icons. Fifteen integration tests mapped to the exact scenarios. T-01 and T-02 verify the OTP timing rule directly in the database. T-06 is the hardest — it tests that the OTP widget is hidden during in_transit, then appears when status changes to arrived via a real-time subscription update. T-08 tests the real-time feed by inserting directly into the test database while the supplier screen is open. T-12 tests the critical dispose() leak — confirms unsubscribe() was actually called when navigating away. Brief 3 — Google + Facebook OAuth The most specific brief because OAuth setup has a lot of platform config that trips people up. Covers the complete Dart implementation for both providers via Supabase signInWithIdToken (not signInWithOAuth — this distinction matters and is the screening question). Android config: google-services.json placement, SHA-1 and SHA-256 fingerprints in Google Cloud Console for both debug and release keystores, Facebook strings.xml and AndroidManifest entries. iOS config: GoogleService-Info.plist, URL scheme in Info.plist, Facebook Info.plist keys. The post-login routing logic covers four cases: new user with no user_roles row goes to role selector, existing single-role user goes straight to home, multi-role user goes to workspace selector, user with preferred_workspace set bypasses the selector. Seven test cases the freelancer must demonstrate in a screen recording before final payment.
