Hi, (Under advisement from PPH support, I posting for the same reason but little adjusted...) I'm looking for people willing to install my white noise app from Google Play. It doesn't require any special permission and it doesn't have to be installed on your daily driver. Any Android device from 8 to 14 can be used as long as you have two different gmail accounts on two different devices. The requirements are simple: 1) You need to send me your two gmail addresses so I can sign you as tester on Google Play Console and the name of the country you are in (I made this app for my local area in my native language, hence it's not shared with the entire world) 2) After that, I'll send you link to access my white noise app that's currently in closed testing 3 You'll need to install the app into two Android device (one per gmail account you have sent me by then) (Google will ask for ~$1 payment to download the app), open it once, and keep it in your phone for 21 day 4) Preferably, leave a great review on Google Play 5) I'll accept your proposal and pay you $10 for both installs after these requirements are fulfilled. Please, keep in mind that this is 2 min job when you are sending your proposals. Any questions? Best, Boris

Covert PDF forms to Docusign
I have some PDF/Word document forms that are used for on-boarding new drivers in our Taxi business. There are combinations of data input types (names/address etc) plus also tick boxes and signatures etc. I've attached 1x PDF version as an example. We have a docusign account that our staff currently utilise, but we are not experts. We would also like to be able to send this out to the client by SMS. Currenlty we use email. We are unsure is sending an SMS link is possible. Please contact with any questions, plus a rough quotation to input this PDF into Docusign. Please note - we have many more documents that need to be digitised, this will be the start.

Vehicle/Driver Tracking and Control
The project uses a PostgreSQL Backend database. All the tables and data fields are already designed but we can add fields if necessary. I need an application that will run from an Android Tablet that will be mounted inside a vehicle. The Job Tasks etc will be preloaded by the Job Planners. This is what happens when the Driver starts their shift and these aspects need to be controlled by the Tablet App. The driver will sign in to get the process started then, 1. The driver starts by completing a Pre-trip Inspection. There is a questionnaire the driver completes to confirm that he is happy with the condition of the vehicle etc. 2. Then the driver will select his assistants for the day from a list of available employees – drop down list 3. The driver then opens his Job list and select the first Job on the list – in other words he clocks IN on the first Job. And then drives off to the first destination provided. 4. Upon arrival at the destination, there may be a number of items that need to be done at the destination. The driver will tick-off each item as may be required. 5. There will be times on each Leg of a Job that the vehicle needs to go through a Weighbridge. The driver must then record the applicable data from the weighbridge. 6. Once all items are completed, the driver will be prompted to close-off the first Job of the day and proceed to select the next Job in the List. So the drive Clocks-Off on that job and simultaneously clocks on for the next Job. 7. The driver follows the prompts and in so doing completes all the assigned Jobs for the day 8. At the end of the shift, the driver returnes to the home base and does a post-trip inspection to certify the condition of the vehicle. The driver must also have the option to provide feedback regarding the vehicle etc. Then, during the course of the day a number of background things need to happen as follows: 1. At regular intervals, determined by a configuration setting, the GPS location of the vehicle must be captured as well as the weather conditions. 2. If the vehicle is involved in an accident the driver will push/click a button in the app to alert the management. 3. If the vehicle breaks down the driver can also click a button to alert the Workshop 4. The driver must have the option to add a note to each job when necessary A nice to have option will be to suggest a best route to the driver when he clocks onto Job. In other words, Google maps opens and shows the driver the best route to follow to travel from their current location to the address of where they must go.
Arduino - Small Motor Driver Project
We are looking to drive a 12v brushed motor 1 rotation from point A to Point A then stop . Scope: 1) A push button switch will start the motion and then become inoperable again for 10 seconds. A green LED shows. 2) On ignition, the motor must reverse until Point A is achieved then change to forward motion for 1 revolution back to Point A. 3) When forward motion starts, if a completion revolution back to Point A is not achieved within 3 seconds the motor must reverse back to Point A and stop. The push button switch in this case must become inoperable for 30 seconds and a red LED shows. After 30 seconds, the Red LED shuts off and the Green LED shows. We have attached a sketch of what believe is necessary in hardware terms. We need the design to be as SMALL as possible. (a) For the H Bridge, maximum current draw from the motor is 6A. Nominal current is 1.5A. A small footprint MOSFET device is probably required to avoid the need for a heatsink. (b) The sensor for Point A can be Hall effect, reed switch, reflective opto or other. Our budget is £100 to £200 depending on speed of completion and experience.
Answering a letter from police
I received a letter from the police, informing me that I had failed to comply with the red/green light. In the letter, I nominated the driver who was my guest from the USA. I provided the driver's details and address in the USA. However, I received another letter from the police stating that they had checked the details I provided and found them to be fraudulent. They gave me a time to provide the correct driver details, which will remain the same. At this point, I can only send a letter to the police and maybe ask my guest for a copy of his driving licence and provide the police with his email address. I need to answer their letter as soon as possible, as it has already passed the deadline they gave me.

List of HGV / Delivery Companies in the UK (Needed asap)
Looking for list of Driving/logistics companies in the UK, I would need the contact name / Location / Email for (Driving Manager / HR / Operations Director>Manager / Transport Managers. I'm only looking for companies with 5 + employees and companies that work within HGV / Coach / General Drivers / Delivery drivers (Across the UK). I don't need massive companies with over 1000 employees like DHL / Evri / DPD I want to focus more on companies like Eventor / Culina / Eddie Stobart / Smyths Toys if this makes sense. I would need at least 1000 companies and a few contacts for each company ideally (Transport Manager / Directors). Thanks
Automate invoice collection from 3P suppliers website
Hello, I would like to set up Teams/skype/zoom meetings with a senior developer in order to code on my terminal in order to automatically login to supplier websites (Uber, Amazon, ...) and get latest invoices, then send them to a specific e-mail address for accounting. I could do that using selenium driver on mozilla firefox, coding in python for instance.
Data entry - Customer delivery information
I have a frozen food distibution business in Australia and require someone to do some ongoing daily (or every second day) data entry work, taking information from scanned (PDF) customer delivery dockets and delivery run summary sheets and then inputing it into our daily reconcilation Excel spreadsheet. We also have PDF images of cash collection bank bags that totals each of our delivery drivers cash payments from customers each day, and the total's of each of these bags would need to be entered into the same spreadsheet to reconcile that days customer collections. I'd also require a summary of any notes that our delivery drivers left of the delivery dockets, for other staff then to follow up. This would be just the start of some admin tasks that we'd need completed, though as this is the first time I would be using a virtual admin assistant, i'd like to start with this.

Request for Volunteer Clock-In/Out WordPress Plugin Development
We are seeking a skilled WordPress plugin developer to create a volunteer time-tracking system that integrates with our current database, CharitySuite. The plugin should enable volunteers to log their hours seamlessly via phone, tablet, or browser. We are also interested in exploring the possibility of expanding this functionality into a mobile app with GPS tracking for certain roles. Here’s an overview of the desired functionality: Core Features Volunteer Clock-In/Clock-Out Interface: Volunteers can easily clock in at the start of their shift and clock out at the end. The system should support both individual volunteer logins and a "kiosk" mode for shared devices. Volunteers clock in via a unique PIN code, which is generated and assigned automatically to them when tagged as a volunteer in CharitySuite. A system-generated email with their PIN should be sent upon assignment. Project and Task Selection: Before clocking in, volunteers should be able to select the project and specific task(s) they’re working on. Volunteers should also have the ability to switch between projects and tasks during a shift as needed. Integration with CharitySuite: The plugin must integrate with CharitySuite via its API (API documentation here: https://churchsuite.com/api-and-json/) to pull volunteer data and log hours. When volunteers are designated in CharitySuite via tagging, they should be automatically assigned a PIN and receive an email notification. Custom Metrics Capture: When a volunteer clocks out, prompt them with customised metrics questions related to their project and task. For example, if a volunteer worked as a food packer for our food bank project, they should be asked how many parcels they packed that day. Potential for Mobile App with GPS Tracking: We would like to explore the option of this plugin becoming a mobile app for volunteers to install on their devices. This app would enable roles like delivery drivers to clock in/out and track their location via GPS while on duty. The app could link directly to the admin backend on WordPress, providing real-time location information for specific volunteers, allowing us to track active deliveries or other location-based tasks. Administrative Backend Volunteer History Dashboard: A centralised dashboard that allows administrators to view, add, edit, or remove volunteer time entries. The ability to assign, reassign, and modify entries by user, project, and task. Comprehensive Reporting: Generate reports on volunteer hours for specific individuals, projects, or tasks. Exportable data formats for additional analysis. Project & Task Management: Administrative tools to add or modify projects and tasks within the plugin as well as metrics questions. Link projects and tasks directly to volunteer assignments and hours logged. Location Tracking for App Users: If app functionality is developed, the backend should display GPS data and route information for volunteers using the app while clocked in on location-based tasks. Technical Requirements WordPress Compatibility: The plugin must be compatible with the latest WordPress versions. Responsive Design: Ensure functionality is optimised for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Security: PIN codes should be secure and protected to prevent unauthorised access, and GPS data should comply with privacy regulations. Documentation: Provide a user manual and technical documentation for ongoing maintenance. We look forward to discussing your approach to creating this custom WordPress plugin, its potential expansion into a mobile app, and any questions you may have.
