Draft contract for external contractors and freelancers

At Ness we partner with other companies to be able to deliver maximum value to our clients. We typically care for the governance part (organisation, company culture and team efficiency), while other companies provide the technical expertise.

The objective would be to set-up a water-tight contract that is :
_Fair for both parties
_Fits the B-Corp requirements (fair compensation, ethical labor practices, transparency, environmental responsibility, social impact, legal compliance, mutual respect and collaboration,...)
_As simple as possible, ideally I'd like it to be 2 pages max
_To work in Belgium
_To include value drivers : Lead2contract (10-20%) | Admin & project management (10-20%) | Knowledge and approach | (10-20%) | Operational (40-70%)
