I need a designer to create a simple PIM database within filemaker, that can both push and pull data from shopify and quickbooks online. The only thing i am interested in is products, no reporting or customer info or inventory, just products. The reason is to be able to update details and prices in one place, Filemaker, and push to the other two. I wish to use filemaker in particular as i am relatively familiar with it and need the capacity to store a lot more product info than either of the other two pieces of software offer. I want to connect Filemaker with CRM program
I need to connect over api the filemaker commands with my online program which make the invoices. The company of my invoice program give me an api. So I need someone to write the code for a new invoice with 2-3 products and one code for retail customers. More info about the api I can send them in pm. I can understand the code in postman. If you write it there the I have the knowledge to transfer it in my filemaker project. So only thing you must do is to read the api manual and write me 2 examples in postman.
I need to make a code to connect my courier program with FM
I need someone to make a code which creates a new label in my courier company over API. My courier API details are in Greek but it is easy to translate them to English(they are 10 line at most). The API works as I undrestand works with SOAPUI and my program with my client and devices is Filemaker. So an example is: I need to create a voucher in my filemaker file with my customers details and print it so I will ship it to my customer. Can anyone do this? Sage 50 Cloud vs Xero - unbiased expertise and advise required
We are an SME with 4 users of Sage 50 Cloud and looking to move our accountancy package this year, possibly to Xero. Before we decide, we are looking for someone to review how we currently use Sage and advise whether Xero can offer all the same functionality we have in Sage and also show us if Xero can offer us any functionality we currently don’t have/don’t make use of with Sage. • We run recurring orders/invoices but use an external Access database for this as we found Sage to be unduly clunky. We currently generate the invoices each month and then import them via .csv into Sage using Adept CSV. We also use this database to generate our revenue recognition values each month, which don’t necessarily fall in line with invoicing. • We link supplier invoices in Sage with a bespoke Filemaker CRM system in order to give us an invoice approval system and use this system to generate our payment runs. • We run consolidated management accounts monthly ( in 5 companies) which we do in Excel currently, so it would be advantageous to be able to do consolidations in the new software if possible. • We also use an external expenses platform (Pleo) and a direct debit platform and import transactions for both into Sage used Excel2Sage. • We use Sage Payroll as a stand alone package and have c 35 employees on the payroll (1 company only) and will require this in Xero. The engagement will require the successful bidder to spend time (maybe 0.5-1 day?) probably via Teams or in person (in Hampshire, UK) being shown our current setup and understanding all aspects of how we use Sage. The output of the engagement will be a short document (a few pages long) identifying the complexities, opportunities and downsides of migrating, together with a follow up meeting where we will be able to discuss this document and ask for clarifications.

Database on Filemaker Pro19
Needing to set up a database to take thousands of addresses, most will have attachments in Word, Excel or Photos, as well as a page for google maps to show pins where the addresses are. Looking for someone to set up a database that can handle this (I will be inputting the details), if it can be done on Filemaker Pro 19 that would be a bonus as this is downloaded on the laptop, although at the moment it keeps freezing with the attachments, so need expertise help please!

Amazon Web Services API Gateway
I have developed a patient management system called iCLINICIAN built in FileMaker. iCLINICIAN allows users to enter their email SMTP details in the system preferences in order to send outgoing emails. Most users have no idea what these settings are so I want to simply this process by providing users with the ability to utilise AWS SES for sending outbound emails. Currently in order to do this I am manually sending them a verification email via my AWS SES console and then entering the SMTP credentials into their system for them. I now want to automate this process as follows: 1. Users click a button in iCLINICIAN which triggers a REST API SendCustomVerificationEmail request to my AWS SES. 2. Custom Email is sent to user for them to verify. 3. Once verified the user is redirected to the verification success URL where they can retrieve a code to enter into iCLINICIAN to finalise the process. I have already created a Custom Email Verification Template via AWS CLI and the success verification URL. However, having never used the AWS API Gateway before I am struggling to create the required API Gateway process. I've downloaded a AWS SES Postman Collection which shows that the API request needs to follow the following format: {{baseUrl}}/?Action=SendCustomVerificationEmail&ConfigurationSetName=&EmailAddress=&TemplateName= I know the settings for the ConfigurationSetName, EmailAddress and TemplateName. The Postman Collection states that Authorization should be made via AWS Signature with AccessKey, SecretKey, Region and ServiceName and I have a FileMaker demo file which shows me how to build the Authorization Header in FileMaker required for making the API call. I therefore need someone who is able to create the required AWS API Gateway to process the call from iCLINICIAN to AWS SES SendCustomVerificationEmail.

JQuery Developer to Configure FormBuilder's FormRender
I work as a Claris FileMaker developer on a CRM for aesthetic clinics. In their latest software release Claris introduced Javascript support allow developers to pass data back and forth between FileMaker data tables and FileMaker's integrated webviewer. This has really opened up the world of Javascript to FileMaker developers. I want to add a drag and drop form builder into my CRM to allow users to build their own consent forms without the need to know any FileMaker coding. I have been using FormBuilder (https://formbuilder.online/docs/) to try and implement this. The user process would be: 1. User clicks a button to create a new template record in FileMaker data table. FileMaker opens a webviewer and loads FormBuilder. 2. User creates their new form template using FormBuilder drag and drop interface. 3. User clicks a 'Save Template' button which passes the form template as JSON from the webviewer back to the FileMaker data table and stores JSON in a field. 4. User can click an 'Edit Template' button on FileMaker layout which opens a webviewer, passes JSON into a hidden field and loads FormBuilder populating it with the JSON stored in the hidden field. The form can then be modified as required and saved again as in step 3. I have a very limited knowledge of Javascript but following the FormBuilder docs on their website I have successfully completed steps 1-4. (The hidden field option may not be the best solution but was unable to work out how to pass the JSON into a variable in the function called by FileMaker and then reference that variable in the FormBuilder function). 5. User can click an 'Use Template' button on FileMaker layout which opens a webviewer, again passes JSON into a hidden field and loads FormRender using the JSON in hidden field to display the consent form. 6. User completes the form and clicks 'Save'. 7. Form is saved to a FileMaker data table along with completed form answers. 8. User can click 'View Form' or 'Edit Form' buttons from FileMaker. This works in the same way as step 5 but populates FormRender with the answers as well as the form template. I am stuck at step 5. Despite my best efforts I cannot get FormRender to load once the hidden text field has been populated with the JSON form template. I was able to do this in Step 4 for FormBuilder by using promise.then() (https://formbuilder.online/docs/formBuilder/promise/) but there is no reference to this in the FormRender documentation. I am looking for someone to help with the completion of steps 5-8. Thanks Neil
Filemaker software upgrade and file migration to newer version
We are a publishing company with a single filemaker product database created in 2012 using filemaker 11 pro that has not been developed since but is in use daily. We are looking to move our current filemaker version 11 pro to version 15 pro. Our apple computers that run filemaker 11 are on an old os ( el capitan) and we would like to upgrade the database then upgrade the os on the macs to allow us to use some microsoft products that do not run on the old os. We are looking for someone to upgarde the database and check that it functions correctly before we roll out to our users as we do not have an in house developer to help with any bugs.
