Database on Filemaker Pro19

Needing to set up a database to take thousands of addresses, most will have attachments in Word, Excel or Photos, as well as a page for google maps to show pins where the addresses are.

Looking for someone to set up a database that can handle this (I will be inputting the details), if it can be done on Filemaker Pro 19 that would be a bonus as this is downloaded on the laptop, although at the moment it keeps freezing with the attachments, so need expertise help please!
