Hi are you sure you want to use Google sheets as this is quite simple and can attach a form to it, or any other spread sheet. Or would you prefer a database with a UI making it look more like an actual application.
Can you not use a ready-made CRM system for this, such as Zoho CRM, for example?
What is the data for? Is it customer data? With no real context, it's difficult to advise, but a CRM system may be what you require.
You need something like FileMaker Pro, or Ninox, or MS Access. Google sheets won't do it I'm afraid.
