Can sketch my ideas & physically build a rough test model

I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1.⁠ ⁠Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2.⁠ ⁠Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 70 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home. Also, someone who has a great understanding on how things work and when things won't work. Please quote for an hourly rate, as I would like to find someone I can meet on a regular basis for various product ideas, not just x1. Stage 4 Technical Plans

Hello, We require Stage 4 technical plans to submit to Building Control. Please find the current drawings attached for your review. Separately, we may also be interested in commissioning an overall site layout/masterplan for the property. This would show how the various areas are intended to be used, including elements such as the driveway, parking, orchard, vegetable growing areas, seating spaces, grazing land, and any other future landscaping or land-use proposals. This is primarily for our own long-term planning purposes and is not essential to the erection or installation of the barn itself. Finally, if you work closely with any Building Control specialists or approved inspectors, we have not yet appointed anyone and would be happy to receive recommendations and quotations for this aspect of the project as well. If possible, could you also provide a fee proposal/quotation for the Stage 4 plans and any additional services outlined above? I look forward to hearing from you and discussing the next steps. UK-based civil engineer required to design reinforced concrete slab and coordinate documentation for three covered padel courts. Applicant must hold UK professional indemnity insurance and demonstrate experience with sports court foundations. Existing architects’ drawings, drainage design and approvals, technical padel court design (including canopy) and wind reports are available. Scope: confirm slab thickness, reinforcement detailing, dimensional tolerances (ideally 21m by 11m giving 500mm extension all around court), ground preparation, drainage integration and compile comprehensive plans and calculations for Building Control submission. Project Overview: The platform features two core investment mechanics. 1. TurboYield (Car Fractionalization): Users purchase fractional shares of a car to earn passive monthly income derived from rental revenue distributions. Example: A Porsche car is valued at ₹1 Crore. Total Shares Issued: 10,000. Price per share: ₹1,000. Car earns ₹5 lakh net revenue after expenses. Monthly Rental yield = 500000 ÷ 10000 shares = 50/share. 2. TurboFlip (Car Buy & Sell): Users pool capital to purchase a vehicle, which is then resold at a premium, returning the principal and profits back to investors. Example: A Mercedes G wagon is available at 1.5 crore. 150 Investors pool in money. (1 lakh each.) Car is purchased Car is re-sold at 20% premium (i.e. 1.8 crore net revenue after expenses) Payout to each Investor = 1.8 crore ÷ 150 = 1,20,000. I have written a poem, I want videos played throughout.

I have just this evening written a poem, I still need to revise it slightly, but I would ideally love someone who could compile a 3:29 video with background music 'Sand Drawing - Judah Earl'. I have read it out loud with this song playing quietly in the background, I am no video editor, but with weeks of planning and software and time - which I do not have - I may be able to pull something off. Alas, I require the help of a professional. I have worked out roughly, each video needs to be 3-5 seconds long. I don't know whether it's easier to compile them all at 5 seconds and then shorten the clip to match the words? I have details below the scenes I would love to have based on the chronological order of the poem. The one caveat, is ideally I would love to make all the clips my own, using me, my friends and family. However, that will take much longer. Therefore, I thought, if I can pay someone to get the whole video created, with the text and timing done to a tee, then I could ideally work with you again to revise some if not all of the video clips and swap them out with my own. How does that sound? I don't know the price, might have to be an hourly basis. It would also be lovely if you have your own video footage, to make it personable, otherwise stock footage is fine. As I say, with potential revisions done later.
