The contractor may also need to optimize the underlying Excel data model that will serve as the data source for the dashboard. Dynamic visualizations like charts, graphs andmaps should be incorporated to highlight trends, variances or other metrics. Spending data for the past 12 monthsneeds to be presented to facilitate performance comparisons over time.
