We noticed that there have been Bounces and Complaints again. URGENT WITNESS STATEMENT DRAFT REQUIREd BY 14TH AUGUST
Looking for help to draft urgent witness statement to a bankrupty suspension which should never havent been put in place but there was a error of judgement by the DJ, immorals, disregard to CPR by the insolvency services. Disregard to the duties under the Civil Servant Rules, breaches to there own framework agreement, harrassement, disability discrimination and a miscarriage of justice. At this stage I have been acting as a litigant in person. I was only made bankrupt by a party Fraudulent. The party I was dealing with sat in court on 14th February 2022. Made misrepresentations to the judge, didnt correct him when he refered to previous points... small trivial outstanding bits of required information could of been dealt with ammicale and I suggested to the insolvency services despite Months of there wrong doing to deal with these ln the form of an affidavit- this was rejected. I wasn't allowed to appeal despite the courts and Insolvency Services knowing they had to make reasonable adjustments. The main issue that discharge wasn't granted was due to statement by the judge that the insolvency services had been asking for this these bits of information... infact it was 2 weeks. I received a copy of the order over the 21 days from the insolvency services .. perhaps deliberate. I emailed prior to this order trivial bits of information (knowing I was also waiting on 3rd party information whichk through no fault of my own this was also used against me to form basis of the judges decision. I emailed to the party from the insolvency services who I had been dealing with over the previous months, chased multiple times to the point I made it clear I would be filing an application to lift suspension, costs and the matter to ever regulator. Still no reply. Apparently he has left the insolvency services. Ive had no conformation he was leaving, another party was taking over..i also believe he never told the courts this, so subsequent events could of been avoided. At this point Judge had made hIs ruling. So no party was able to file any applications within proceedings. Without notice I was made aware of an application with a Skelton Arguement and affidavit had been filed with the courts. Not on myself (.* in fact they served it on a former address that the basis of there questions where asking where the disposal of the sale proceeds had gone relevant to this address,, they then went on to severe paperwork at my grandmothers house an address Im not connected too. This paperwork was for a hearing and application I knew nothing about. I raised concerns with the 2 new civil servants who have harrassed and intermediated me on going; services issues and there ability had no merit on this basis¡ i assumed there Skelton Arguement contains Arguements already addressed and not relevant to the judgement of 14th February or other issues already addressed and accepted . I also plead with them to stay the hearing on 20th May as I was burying my stepfather on the date in question. No compassion.. they could of emailed the courts yet I was told to file an application which they knew was impossible. I found filing a witness statement outling the above . The judge dismissed my application to stay buy did purpose the date until 15 August, it ordered me to file a defence in relation to there bundle by 20th July). I have been unable to this as they haven't served to date a copy of there application which is within merit. They clearly havent had a sufficient handover. i have raised formal complaints with relevant bodies.. Made one last attempt to deal with the matter yet they seem persistent to drag me Ireland, caused Predjuice to me physically and mentally for no reason. At this point I need a water tight witness statement drafted urgently detailing all of the above including information previously supplied, a possible consent or a Tomlin Order- you will see in the attached emails- draft points for these orders) an application for a civil injunction and an order for costs. i appreciate this is a last minute request. Hopefully you can draft a copy for me to serve and file on Monday. I will send all relevant attachments... After discharge I will be requiring further help pulling together w a formal complaint regarding GDPR breaches Harrassment and Discrimination, failures under there framework agreement and policies, costs I have occurred throughout this treatment, review of how the courts have dealt with the issues and why they have allowed a creditor to abuse a statutory demand as a debt recovery method (.disputed. protection I had under Covid Legislation) misrepresentations and pury and even if the contact they relied upon was actually valid as being a commercial landlord processing individual data questions lf they were lawfully able to issue a contract which certainly has no relevance to Data or Privacy Notices. Translation of phrases used in a voice analytics application
I'm looking for a native German speaker who can translate words and phrases from English to German. Please do not apply if you are not a native German speaker, the use of Google Translate or other translation software is not possible for this project This is for our voice analytics application where we have created applications with search packs in English and we now need these done in German. We've tried to use Google Translate but it completely failed as there are too many different ways in German you could ask for the same information. Few important points: 1. Before I accept your proposal I want to jump on a call to ensure your understanding of the project. 2. This is for native German speakers only 3. The use of Google Translate will be identified and payment will be rejected. I've already tried this route It would be ideal if you have technical experience and have an understanding of voice analytics applications. The project should take around 5-8 hours to complete. Each of the below categories will have between 10-50 phrases added to them. I've already had some of them reviewed but needs padding with formal vs informal ways of asking for information. The word document explains what certain symbols mean and how they are used in the applications The Excel document contains all the information I need help converting. There are 2 sheets to complete. • Needs adding to German phrases – Contains phrases where I had the customer start some of the translations but we they have not completed this work. If you can please help expand these by adding more ways you could ask the same question in German. From what I understood, most of what I have at the moment is informal and there are still many different ways in which this could be asked in the German language • Needs completion and categories – This one we have only used Google Translate to translate from English to German, so it is not very good. I’ve been given some phrase by the customer (you will see these to the right on this sheet), but these phrases needs to be grouped into the different categories where possible. The structure of the “applications” (as we call them inside our platform) are as follow, and this will match what you see inside the Excel document Client Authentication with Age Verification (Application Name) • Confirm full name • Confirm Date of birth • Confirm email address • Confirm phone number • Confirm postal address • Additional information - When was the customers last order? - What was the last customer order - Code/Serial number of the device - What type of device is it - Means of payment used - Device Registration - What is the colour of the owned devices Analysing Values (Application Name) • Welcome • Show Empathy • Assist customer • Show Respect • Show Compassion • Close call well Talking points • Consumer Threatens to Expose Complaint - Scripted Responses Hopefully all this makes sense but I will explain more during the call.
