I am seeking a CAD technician to develop a standardised AutoCAD A1/A2 drawing template and a comprehensive library of reusable dynamic blocks for architectural and interior design projects, using AutoCAD 2026 (saved to 2018). The role includes setting up fully configured sheet templates with AxisHouse branding, title blocks, layers, annotation styles and schedules, plus creating a wide range of dynamic blocks (furniture, workstations, doors, storage, equipment, tables, seating, pods, planting and more) drawn at 1:1, fully parametric and editable via grips. All blocks must follow AxisHouse drafting standards (layers, colours, lineweights, naming), support stretch, flip, rotation and visibility states, and be delivered as a single .DWT file with up to three review rounds and final ownership transferred to AxisHouse. I’m looking for an experienced CAD engineer or product designer to take my existing 3D design files and rebuild them properly from scratch, ready for production in metal. CAD / CNC Specialist – Tube Slide Pattern Development

We’re looking for an experienced CAD / CNC specialist to work with us on developing accurate cutting patterns for tube slide sections that will be machined on our Mantech CNC flatbed router (specs and machine info attached). This is not a one-off file handover – we’re looking for someone who can work collaboratively with our in-house team via Doncaster, helping us build confidence that our machinery, setup, and workflow are optimised and production-ready. The first project may involve hands on work in Doncaster. The Project We design and manufacture tube slide components that are formed from CNC-cut patterns, primarily using MDF, model board or polystyrene. These parts are then assembled into smooth, continuous slide sections, so accuracy, fit, and repeatability are critical. Modify 3D DWG & Set Up Automated CNC Nesting (Game 1 of 6)

We are modifying a series of 6 CNC-cut OSB-based interactive games. We are starting with Game 1 as a pilot project, with the intention of awarding the remaining 5 games to the same freelancer if completed successfully. The current design exists as a DWG file containing separate 3D solids (each part is an individual solid body). Scope of Work – Game 1 Implement Design Modifications (pdf document with modifications will be provided) Apply structural updates as detailed in the supplied PDF, including: Removal of all non-90° Z-axis cuts (CNC can only cut vertical walls) Adjusting angled components to suit vertical-only cutting Adding locating tenons and corresponding slots Adding alignment notches to prevent incorrect assembly Updating 9mm MDF walls to 6mm plywood Modifying curved ends to suit plastic ducting Adding locating holes where specified All modifications must remain suitable for CNC routing from flat sheet material. Restructure & Name All Parts (names need to make sense for the assembler) Ensure each part remains a separate 3D solid Apply a clear and logical naming convention to each part Names must be embedded in the file so they can transfer into automated nesting software Deliver a clean, organised master file Automated Nesting Setup (NOT Manual) Parts must be nested using automated nesting software, not manually arranged. Nesting requirements: Sheet size: 2440mm x 1220mm Minimum spacing between parts: 15mm Allow rotation unless structural orientation requires otherwise Output: Nested 2D DXF files (one per sheet) The nesting process must be reproducible and re-runnable. ESP32 Embedded Firmware – Smooth Sparkler LED Animation

I am developing a wearable LED headband with a continuous, sparkler-style moving light effect. The mechanical design (SolidWorks / STEP) is fully completed and locked. This project is strictly focused on electronics and embedded firmware — no mechanical design, web, or mobile work. The goal is to implement a high-quality LED animation engine on a microcontroller (ESP32 or equivalent) that produces smooth, continuous motion around a 360° addressable LED ring (~72 LEDs). The animation must use fractional (sub-pixel) position tracking and brightness blending across adjacent LEDs — visible LED-to-LED stepping is not acceptable.
