Job Title: Architectural Draftsperson / 3D Visualizer: 2D Elevations & 3D Image to Match Precedent (Max 5 Hours)

Job Description:
I am looking for an experienced architectural draftsperson to create full 2D elevation drawings (and ideally a basic 3D visual) for a residential project at 38 Capel Road.

I already have the completed 2D floor plans in CAD format. I need the front, rear, and side elevations drawn to match the exact architectural style, detail level, and presentation quality of an approved neighboring development (40 Capel Road).

What I will provide:

Completed 2D floor plans for 38 Capel Road (I will provide the original CAD/.dwg file to save you time).

The Design & Access Statement and approved elevation drawings from 40 Capel Road (to be used as your strict style, material, and formatting guide).

Design Specifics:

Roof: Pitched roof with a gable (to match the 40 Capel Road style).

Materials: Must perfectly visually match 40 Capel Road (e.g., red brickwork, timber privacy screens, terracotta roof tiles, timber-framed windows).

Site Levels: The site is completely flat.

What you need to deliver:

Front Elevation

Rear Elevation

Side Elevations (Left and right)

Street Scene Elevation: A contextual front elevation showing the new building sitting next to the adjacent garages.

Bonus / Highly Desired: A 1x 3D visual/render of the front exterior.

Files: Delivered in PDF format (scaled for A3 printing at 1:100 or 1:50) AND the raw CAD source files (.dwg).

Budget & Timeline:
My budget is around £20 per hour, and I expect this to take a maximum of 5 hours (Total budget: ~£100). Because I am providing the completed floor plans in CAD format, the heavy lifting is already done.

Note: My priority is getting perfect 2D elevations and the street scene. If you can also achieve a 3D image within this time frame and budget, you will be my top choice! If the 3D image is too much for the 5-hour timeframe, I am happy to proceed with just the high-quality 2D drawings.

Please confirm in your proposal that you have read the brief, agree with the time estimate, and let me know if you can include the 3D image. Please also attach 1 or 2 examples of your previous elevation work.
