Do you still have the PDFs of our catalogue from the previous 2 jobs? If not let me know and I'll resend them to you. We need the following data from the PDFs put into the spreadsheet. Product title Enter the product title of each product in the list in column D. The product can be found by looking for the Ordercode in column A on the page number in column B. Some products have a subtitle too, the subtitle should be entered in brackets () as you can see in the example in cell D5 Product Description in column E Some will have a description and some will not. Help me manage my FinTech blog on a weekly basis
Hi there - I have an on-going need for a virtual assistant to help me manage my FinTech blog, FinTech Profile (www.fintechprofile.com). I started it back in 2015... and then had to pause it in 2018 because of some work commitments. It's a blog focused on interviewing the founders of FinTech companies and I aimed to publish one interview per week. Here is the requirement: * I will supply the FinTech founder's email address - you just need to contact him (or his/her Public Relations company) with the standard interview questions - these questions are always the same * Have a read through and make sure the English reads ok * Take the completed questions and answers and cut/paste and format nicely in Wordpress (the content management system that runs the blog) - include an HTML link; include their profile photo and logo - in exactly the same format you see on the website at the moment * Schedule the blog post to go live every Wednesday morning And that's it. There's a lot more possible things to do, but this is the barebones of the process. It would suit someone with an interest in content, writing and media - and - of course, FinTech. I am looking for someone who can oversee this process for me. I'd supply an email account with the site's domain name for this purpose too. I would estimate this is perhaps 2-3 hours of work across a week which is why I've chosen the 'virtual assistant' category. For example, you send the request to the person being profiled... then you need to wait a few days, or sometimes even a week or so for them to reply... THEN they send you the reply back... then you can paste it into Wordpress and format accordingly. So it's not a straight period of work, therefore I think it might be useful for someone who's already got other activities going on - like a virtual assistant. Initially I'd like to try this process with you for the first week - and if it's working well, ask you to continue indefinitely. Could you give me your estimated costs to handle this process above - for the first week - and then we can work out an on-going arrangement via PPH?

Hello. I have prepared and submitted my company accounts and have them in HTML format. I have also signed up with BC Easyfiler and paid the £15 to submit a tax return. However, I don't know how to create the file specifications and submit them to BC Easyfiler to then submit to HMRC. Please see attached screenshot of information required by BC Easyfiler. I am looking for a quote to create the tax return from the accounts in HTML to XBRL, submit them to BC Easyfiler and then go on to submit them to HMRC.

Create spreadsheet of Amazon locations from website info
I need to have a spreadsheet database created which contains all of Amazon's delivery locations. The information is here. https://www.mwpvl.com/html/amazon_com.html Unfortunately it is stored as an image, not text, so it cannot be simply copied and pasted into a spreadsheet. The best way to do it (I think!) is to do a screenshot of a section of the site (save as a jpg or gif), then put it through an OCR service, like this one (https://www.onlineocr.net/) which will give a basic spreadsheet of a section of the list. But it will then need some manual tidying up: - combining into one sheet - merging some lines so that there is one row per site - fixing the dates. I want all the dates to be in the same format (eg Jan-2020) so that they are sortable. Then repeat until you have got them all. Altogether I believe there are about 750 sites, so about 750 rows in the final spreadsheet - c.450 in the US and c.300 in the rest of the world. (I don't want the fulfilment centres, just the delivery sites so it is not everything on the page, and ignore the flag column!) I think it will take about a day to do it. If you are interested in doing it, please tell me about something you have done where you have had to manipulate data a little bit in excel, and answer this question at the start of your proposal to help me filter out people who haven't read the brief.
