I'm looking for someone to help with formatting several plain-text articles with HTML tags. There are just over 1000 articles that need formatting but they are only about 600 words each, and just need the insertion of heading tags and line breaks.
The budget is only a rough estimate, so just please reply with how long you think it would take you to format this many articles.
