Take 2D image convert to 3D detailed model for 3D print

Create from 2D images into 3D and create detailed 3D output STL for 3D print. These are one off designs in several categories for my own collection and I require someone who is highly skilled and able to take a photo convert it to file for conversion in Z Brush or other best of breed platform for this type of rendering, the emphasis is on detail . I am not interesting in someone who is fairly new to Z-Brush of other high end platform. I will send over jpeg images as the first sample of model required, thereafter if this prints to high end detail and quality, then other pieces of work will follow. I wish to see sample of work undertaken on previous projects.

3D Anatomy character + various exercises

I’m looking to create an exercise library with an 3D animated anatomy character similar to myself. It need to be easy to scale up as also large scale exercise variations to be made. Correct form and details of anatomy must be show. Hello, I have CAD files. Modifications of the floor plans are needed as attached to produce an update 2D floor plans for ground and first floor (not doing the 2nd floor) 2- Interior design all rooms and bathrooms/ en-suite, landing, hallway... 3- Furniture Layout/ Floor Plan with spaces measurements (example attached) 4- Electrical Layout/ Floor Plan 5- 3D design development renders for each floor at least 2 angles plus direct from top. 3D artist with photoshop skills required to work on photos

Hi we are a small interior design firm looking for someone with a combination of 3D artist skills (who can create models of additional elements and integrate them into the original image) and photoshop skills to work on some photos of our projects to improve and enhance them. We have a number of things we need working on - approx 20 pics in total 1 - some photos need merging (ie we have two pics of the same room, one a better photo but the second photo has a sofa that needs adding in to the original pic) 2 - in most photos we will need a few things adding in - like books/specific pictures on walls or objects to make the room look more 'finished' and things tidying up like light, making sure lines are straight etc, lamps switched off, crinkled duvets and carpets smoothed over etc 3 - We also have some video footage that we would like to have amalgamated to create images Please see images attached - in this example we would want the sofa in the second photo added to the first photo, the lamps switched off, duvet and carpets tidied up, a picture added to the wall (we would provide image), some books added to the bedside tables and perfume bottles added to the dressing table.
