I am launching a consumer mobile app in the food and recipe space, helping people reduce food waste and discover recipes. I need written advice covering: - What I can legally collect, and on what lawful basis, across different regulatory regimes (UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and any other material jurisdictions) - Legitimate interest vs. consent, when each applies and how to document it - Anonymisation thresholds, what level of aggregation (e.g. on-device aggregation, k-anonymity, category-level bucketing) takes data outside scope entirely, and the equivalent thresholds under CCPA and other regimes - Commercial data licensing, whether and how anonymised or aggregated data can be sold or licensed to third parties without consent obligations, and what conditions must be met per jurisdiction - Children's data obligations by jurisdiction (COPPA, Article 8 UK/EU GDPR, etc.) - Proportionate and defensible retention periods ------------------------------------------------- 3. Webflow Designer/ Talented Student for a Small Website Completion Project — $500–$1,000 Fixed Budget Job Ad We are looking for a freelance Webflow Designer talented student to help finish a website that has already been started. This is a straightforward website project. It is not overly complicated, and we are open to working with a talented student designer, newer freelancer, or experienced Webflow designer who is organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines. The website URL will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the interview process. Project Scope Approximately 10 pages need to be completed or cleaned up. Some pages may need light design improvements, while a few pages may need to be designed more fully using the existing website direction. The main need is for the designer to create a clean, reusable Webflow template page that our admin can use to upload content going forward. The designer will not be responsible for uploading all future content. Our admin will handle content upload, but the designer must create a clear training video showing the admin exactly how to do it. I have written a poem, I want videos played throughout.

I have just this evening written a poem, I still need to revise it slightly, but I would ideally love someone who could compile a 3:29 video with background music 'Sand Drawing - Judah Earl'. I have read it out loud with this song playing quietly in the background, I am no video editor, but with weeks of planning and software and time - which I do not have - I may be able to pull something off. Alas, I require the help of a professional. I have worked out roughly, each video needs to be 3-5 seconds long. I don't know whether it's easier to compile them all at 5 seconds and then shorten the clip to match the words? I have details below the scenes I would love to have based on the chronological order of the poem. The one caveat, is ideally I would love to make all the clips my own, using me, my friends and family. However, that will take much longer. Therefore, I thought, if I can pay someone to get the whole video created, with the text and timing done to a tee, then I could ideally work with you again to revise some if not all of the video clips and swap them out with my own. How does that sound? I don't know the price, might have to be an hourly basis. It would also be lovely if you have your own video footage, to make it personable, otherwise stock footage is fine. As I say, with potential revisions done later. Tidy the server from X-ransom attack

Hello, Our Wordpress website was attacked by x-ransom. We have a backup of the WP and the database dump. We have detected some corrupted files there but it seems that there are still some left that were not detected. It has to be tidy after the attack. It’s an internet shop with uploads files of around 100GB. It’s stored on a private hosting in LV. What is done do far: 1. Update WordPress Version 2. Use z’d updateSecure WP-Admin Login Credentials 3. Set Up Safelist and Blocklist for the Admin Page 4. Use Trusted WordPress Themes 5. Install SSL Certificate 6. Remove Unused WordPress Plugins and Themes 1. Enable Two-Factor Authentication for WP-Admin 2. Back Up WordPress 3. Limit Login Attempts 4. Change the WordPress Login Page URL 5. Log Idle Users Out Automatically 6. Monitor User Activity 7. Check for Malware - found several none-Wordpress specious files and plugins. Deleted them. 1. Disable PHP Error Reporting 3. Turn File Editing Off 4. Restrict Access Using the .htaccess File 5. Change the Default WordPress Database Prefix - not done 6. Disable XML-RPC 7. Hide the WordPress Version 8. Block Hotlinking - not done 9. Manage File Permissions not done After making the list, we received another x-ransome attack. I suspect he has a server level access not only wp level.
