Hello. I have an active UK planning application for a front porch that has been paused by the council. The planning officer rejected my 3D visuals and needs standard, scaled 2D existing/proposed floor plans and elevations. They specifically need the porch height and existing house height clearly labelled. I can provide the 3D images and rough measurements. Can you draft these four black-and-white scaled PDF drawings for me? Planning have stated - There also appears to be a mismatch between the drawing titles and the information shown. For example, drawings labelled as ‘Existing Floor Plan’ and ‘Proposed Floor Plan’, appear to show 3D visual images rather than floor plans, while drawings labelled ‘Existing Elevation’ and ‘Proposed Elevation’ show different angled views of the 3D model rather than conventional elevation drawings. As submitted, these drawings/3D visuals do not provide sufficient measurable detail to assess the proposal, including the scale, design and visual impact of the porch. Key dimensions including the height of the proposed porch and the existing building are also not shown. Please could you provide revised drawings showing the existing and proposed plans and elevations, drawn to scale, with key dimensions of the existing building and proposed porch clearly labelled at your earliest convenience. Existing bungalow roof is on a slant, as will the proposed porch be. The existing roof of the bungalow is 3metres 80cm, and it slopes down to 3metres 20cm, to where the new porch will end (to the right hand side if you are looking at it directly). I require an experienced architectural technician or architect to update and coordinate drawings for an existing Amendment to Building Warrant for a nearly completed two-storey house in Edinburgh. The existing architectural drawings are available in PDF and DWG format. The principal revisions include: • Remove all FD30/fire-door references, as Building Standards have confirmed that a protected enclosure and fire doors are not required. • Revise the ground-floor shower-room layout to match the as-built arrangement and place for future use on it • Check all internal door positions and opening directions. • Check the boiler cupboard, first-floor bathroom, landing, under-stairs access and loft hatch. • Confirm the kitchen layout and window. • Check the soil vent, entrance platform, accessible route and external thresholds. • Check the as-built drainage, manholes and rodding eyes against the available information. • Ensure consistency with the updated structural drawings, SER and final SAP/PV requirements – most of this I have done so juts needs a quick check • Carry out a general coordination check so the drawings accurately reflect the completed building – its only the layout dwg mainly which needs changing The revised drawings must be suitable for submission to the City of Edinburgh Council through the Scottish eBuilding Standards system. URGENT 5PM TODAY – UK Planning Permission Validation Review

I am looking for an experienced UK architect, architectural technician or planning consultant to carry out an urgent independent review of a householder planning application and its architectural drawings before resubmission to Wigan Council. This is REVIEW ONLY. I do not require new drawings, CAD work or redesign unless the reviewer identifies a specific error that needs correcting. The application is for the replacement of an existing front entrance porch with a larger enclosed porch. The application was previously submitted to Wigan Council but was declared invalid because the Council requested three specific corrections: 1.
