Delco NC “Architect Spec-In” Program (Elevator Packages)
Client: Delco Elevator Products Ltd. (supplier of elevator packages; we do not install) Timeline: Key milestone deliverable due March 31, 2026. Deadline to submit proposal: Feb 10th Budget: Please propose a fixed fee and estimated hours (we will select based on fit + clarity + speed). Background: We currently support a high volume of new-construction elevator package requests (about 80 quotes per month), but we’re often brought in after the building drawings have already been developed around proprietary OEM elevator assumptions. At that point, it can be difficult to offer a non-proprietary alternative that fits the existing hoistway, and we may miss opportunities simply because design teams aren’t yet familiar with Delco. We have one architect in New York City who is already specifying Delco in early drawings, and we’re looking to understand what made that possible and build a repeatable approach to expand that success to other firms and regions. Project Objective (by March 31): Deliver a practical “specifier-ready” pilot kit that helps architects size cores/hoistways around Delco’s most common MRL packages (NYC/NJ focus) and makes it easy to include Delco as basis-of-design in drawings/notes. Scope of Work (Phase 1: now → March 31) You will lead and produce the following deliverables: 1. Hoistway Planning Guide v1 (MRL) — architect-facing PDF with tables (min + recommended ranges) for standard configurations provided by Delco. 2. Drawing Note Library v1 — paste-ready basis-of-design notes, including non-proprietary alternate language. 3. Design Assist workflow — intake form + 48-hour layout pack template + versioning rules. 4. Interview sprint + findings — 10–12 interviews with architects/specifiers (NYC/NJ) + a short “decision-map” summary: how elevator packages get specified, where Delco can influence earlier, and recommended channels. 5. NYC/NJ outreach kit — target list (30 firms + roles), outreach scripts, and a simple weekly KPI scorecard/tracking sheet. Out of scope for Phase 1 (likely Phase 2): Revit families/library buildout, full CSI/CSC 3-part spec, CE accreditation/course packaging, multi-metro rollout. What we provide • Technical inputs on our standard MRL configurations (e.g., 2500/3500 lbs @ 200/350 fpm; beam vs rail mounted) • Access to internal estimating/engineering for dimension ranges and assumptions • A known NYC architect example (where available) for reference language IDEAL FREELANCER PROFILE: • Experience with architectural specifications / technical design standards (CSI/CSC exposure a plus) • Able to produce clean, architect-friendly guides and note language • Comfortable interviewing A/E professionals and synthesizing actionable insights • Strong project management: weekly check-ins, clear drafts, quick iteration PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS: Please include: 1. Relevant experience (2–3 examples of similar “specifier” or AEC technical content work) 2. Your approach and week-by-week plan to March 31 3. Fixed fee (or fee range) + estimated hours 4. Availability and lead times 5. Any assumptions/risks you see Selection Process We will accept proposals for ~1 week., interview finalists, and award quickly. Work starts immediately after selection. What: Phase 1 – to be completed by March 31 will include the following deliverables March 31 “Significant Deliverable” Delco New Construction Spec-In Pilot Kit (MRL, NYC/NJ v1) consisting of: 1. Hoistway Planning Guide v1 (architect-facing; preliminary ranges OK) 2. Drawing Note Library v1 (basis-of-design + non-proprietary alternates; paste-ready) 3. Design Assist workflow + intake form + 48-hour output template 4. NYC/NJ target list (30 firms + named roles) + outreach scripts 5. Interview decision-map summary (10–12 interviews + findings + recommendations) 6. Pilot scorecard (weekly KPIs + simple tracking sheet) Phase 2 (after Mar 31): Revit families, full CSI/CSC 3-part spec, CE accreditation, multi-metro scaling.

I'm looking for someone who can build a solid and reliable prompting framework that delivers measurable ROI for business use cases, not just impressive demos. We need a prompt engineer who thinks like a systems architect, not just someone who can write clever prompts. You'll be designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for production-grade AI workflows. This isn't about getting ChatGPT to write poems; it's about building reliable, scalable prompt chains that solve real business problems. Deliverables What You'll Do: Design and optimize prompts for LLM-powered automation workflows (GPT-4, Claude, open-source models) Build evaluation frameworks to measure prompt performance against business KPIs Develop prompt templates and chains for multi-step reasoning tasks Document prompt engineering patterns and create reusable libraries Collaborate on agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain Debug and iterate on prompts when model outputs don't meet specifications Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years hands-on prompt engineering experience (personal projects count if well-documented) Deep understanding of prompt patterns: chain-of-thought, few-shot learning, system prompt architecture, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) Experience with prompt evaluation and A/B testing methodologies Familiarity with tokenization, context window management, and model-specific quirks Strong technical writing—you can explain complex prompt logic clearly Python proficiency for prompt testing and automation integration Preferred (Not Required): Background in ML/AI fundamentals (understanding of transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning concepts), at least foundational AI/ML understanding, you don't need to train models, but you understand concepts like temperature, context windows, and model limitations. Experience with n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms Exposure to agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT patterns, function calling) In your application, please begin your cover letter with the word "CONTEXT:" followed by a one-sentence summary of what makes our AI engineering approach different based on this job description. Applications without this will not be reviewed. Assessment Task (Required with Application) Instead of multiple interview rounds, complete this practical assessment: Scenario: A client wants to automate customer support ticket classification. Tickets should be categorized into: Billing, Technical, Feature Request, or Escalation. The model sometimes misclassifies urgent technical issues as "Feature Request." Your task: Write the system prompt you would use Provide 3-5 few-shot examples you'd include Explain your reasoning for structural choices Describe how you would evaluate and iterate on this prompt Time estimate: 30-45 minutes. We value thoughtful reasoning over speed. This task reveals: Do they understand edge cases? Can they structure prompts systematically? Do they think about evaluation? AI-generated responses typically miss the nuanced "why" behind choices. What Success Looks Like Prompts that work reliably at scale, not just in demos Clear documentation that another engineer could pick up Data-driven iteration, not just "try things until it works." To Apply: Submit your assessment response and a brief note on a prompt engineering challenge you've solved. Generic applications will not be reviewed.

With a portfolio of over 500 elite Italian manufacturers, we provide turnkey solutions for discerning clients who demand the highest standards of design and craftsmanship. We are seeking a seasoned Outbound Sales Professional to act as our brand ambassador. Your mission is to initiate relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), property developers, and commercial architects to introduce our bespoke design and procurement services. Key Responsibilities Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls to a curated list of potential clients and partners to introduce Maison Italic’s value proposition. Lead Qualification: Identify the specific needs of prospects, ranging from turnkey interior design to bespoke furniture procurement. Appointment Setting: Successfully bridge the gap between initial contact and a formal consultation with our design team. CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status. Brand Representation: Communicate with the sophistication and professional vocabulary expected in the luxury furniture and architecture industry. Required Skills & Experience Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years of experience in high-ticket outbound sales or business development. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the luxury furniture market, interior design, or the "Made in Italy" sector is highly preferred. Exceptional Communication: Fluent, persuasive English (additional languages like Italian or Arabic are a plus) with a polished "corporate-executive" tone. Resilience: A veteran mindset—able to navigate gatekeepers and turn "no" into "not right now." What We Provide Legal Backing: You will be representing a brand fully owned and operated by Global Concierge, a registered entity under RAK International Corporate Centre (Registration No: 0149). Marketing Support: Access to our digital portfolio and website (https://maisonitalic.com) to support your sales efforts. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus a highly attractive commission structure on successful conversions/contracts. How to Apply Please provide a brief summary of your most successful high-ticket sales achievement. If you have a recording of a past sales call or a voice sample, please include it. We are looking for the "voice" of Maison Italic. The "Maison Italic" Executive Sales ScriptPhase 1: The Hook (The First 15 Seconds) "Good morning/afternoon, [Prospect Name]. My name is [Salesperson Name] calling from the London/Dubai office of Maison Italic. I’m reaching out because we are currently expanding our portfolio of turnkey interior projects in [Prospect’s City/Region], and your recent project at [Reference a specific project if known] caught our attention." Phase 2: The Value Proposition "We specialize in bridging the gap between high-end architectural vision and the 'Made in Italy' manufacturing world. We represent over 500 elite Italian manufacturers, providing everything from bespoke furniture and lighting to full-scale interior architecture. Essentially, we act as the single point of contact—handling the design, the direct procurement from Italy, and the final installation." Phase 3: The Discovery Question "I noticed on your website that you focus on [Luxury Residential/Commercial Spaces]. Are you currently managing any projects where sourcing authentic, high-caliber Italian craftsmanship has been a challenge or where you're looking for a more streamlined 'turnkey' solution?" Phase 4: Handling the "I already have a supplier" Objection "I completely understand. Most of our partners already have established channels. However, Maison Italic is unique because we provide direct access to the manufacturers that aren't typically available through standard retail showrooms. Because we operate under our parent facility, Global Concierge, we handle the entire logistics and banking tail, so you don't have to deal with multiple international vendors." Phase 5: The Close (The Appointment) "I’d love to send you a digital copy of our latest curated portfolio so you can see the quality of our recent installations. Beyond that, would you be open to a 10-minute introductory call next Tuesday with our Head of Design? We can discuss how we might be able to simplify your procurement for your next project." If Accepted we will need to sign an NDA subject to receiving passport and ID documents and proof of address of the agent. At Maison Italic, we don't hire 'callers'; we hire future partners. While we provide a $300 base to cover your desk, our top performers in this role earn over $1,500 a month. One project close for a luxury villa could earn you a bonus that pays for your entire year's rent.

Funnel Architect Required Education Platform
I am building an education platform with a fully defined brand identity, visual system, and UI design. The website has been implemented, and the visual layer is now locked. I am now seeking a Funnel Architect to design the user journey, pathway logic, and conversion structure that will sit on top of the existing UI. This is a systems and behavioural architecture role — not a design, development, marketing, or copywriting role. If you are a marketer, copywriter, designer, or developer who “also does funnels,” this will not be a fit. I am looking for someone who thinks in behavioural flows, decision points, and structured journeys. Platform Context The platform serves three distinct audiences: Parents Students Schools Each audience pathway already exists visually. Your role is to design how users move through them: Entry → Action → Outcome No visual changes. No copywriting. No redesign. What You Will Do You will design the system architecture for the following: 1. User Journey Architecture Define the complete journey for each pathway (Parents / Students / Schools) from entry point to exit point. 2. Pathway Logic Design: how each pathway starts how it branches where it converges (if at all) how it exits Each pathway must have clear intent, logic, and behavioural structure. 3. CTA Behaviour Design Define what happens when users click: “Get Started” “Book a Call” and other primary actions You are designing behaviour and logic, not buttons or copy. 4. Funnel Structure Design the system for: lead flow booking flow follow-up logic conversion sequence No implementation required. 5. AI Architect
We are looking for an AI architect and this position has a firm prerequisite: you must have direct, hands-on experience as a primary architect or lead developer of a platform that generates full-stack application code from natural language (i.e., a system similar to Bolt.new or Lovable). We need somebody that built a clone of one of these two platforms or something similar, not somebody that is using these platforms to vibe code. We are not interested in vibe coding! Let us know only ff you have previously built a code builder. If you have this specific "been there, done that" background, we want to talk to you. We are in the final stages of developing our flagship generative AI platform and need a proven leader who can join our team and contribute to the final build, the product's launch and scale-up. What You Will Do: Make the critical architectural trade-offs required for a scalable, production-grade launch, drawing on your previous experience. Design and implement sophisticated multi-agent AI workflows for code generation, validation, and iterative refinement. Collaborate directly with leadership on the product vision and roadmap. Your Experience Must Include: Non-Negotiable: - Verifiable experience leading the architecture and hands-on development of a generative AI platform that turns prompts into multi-file, full-stack web applications, architecting a code builder. A proven track record of shipping and owning a mission-critical AI product from prototype to production. Deep expertise in architecting complex AI systems (multi-agent workflows, state management, validation layers). Mastery of the modern AI and full-stack ecosystem (Python/Node.js, LLM APIs, Agentic Frameworks, React). This is a role for a strategic product owner who is also an exceptional, hands-on architect. If you have already successfully built the type of platform we are creating, we encourage you to apply.
