Architectural Floor Design

I’m looking for an architect to prepare architectural floor plans for a residential building. If you are interested, I can share a detailed design brief.

The approximate floor plate area is 280 sqm per floor (2nd and 3rd floors).

Scope of work (summary):

-Propose an optimized layout for the 2nd and 3rd floors
-Target unit mix: 4 two-bedroom apartments per floor
-The CAD perimeters and one building section will be provided and must be strictly respected (no perimeter changes allowed)
