Concept design for residential complex in Ghana.

I'm building a property in Ghana.
This will be a residential apartment complex consisting of 6 apartments in a 3-storey building.

1no. penthouse
2no. 3-bed apartments
4no. 2-bed apartments.

The project scope requires, floor plans for each level and 3D sketches / renders for the exterior of the property.

Residential complex details:
9000sqft.
6 self contained apartments
3 storey building
central open courtyard
modern/contemporary style
parking
communal outdoor space

This concept design will be given to a local architect to being the detailed design of the property.
