He willalso have to generate 3 different dynamic pdf documents from the admin section. All application shoul dbe build in yii.
DB structure will be attached to the offer
CMS and Admin requirements: Vessels Administration
General Instructions
1. All administration will be developed on a readymade bootstrap theme.
2. All tables will have the ability for edit – add – delete – view functionalities.
3. At all table lists the user will be able to select multiple rows and perform bulk actions like:
a. Delete
b. Export list as excel
c. At vessels the user will be able to select from 3 different pdf reports which will have to be generated from that list.
d. The same functionality for single vessel.
4. At all table lists there will be shorting options and searching option with autosuggestion and the results should be limited as the user types any of the criteria using ajax.
5. At the tables where the user add addresses the application should also store the coordinates by using the google geo api
6. At vessels section the admin will be able to perform editing like crop, resize and all the functions we have at the plugin I have include to files.
7. At vessels list we will have to be able to see all related information from tis single screen so we will have to have an expand button with which we will be able to open the selected row and the user to see all related tables information on tabs per vessel.
Image Manipulation – editing
As you can see from the front end we will have 2 different way for displaying all vessel details. Based on those templates and based on the pdf reports we will develop to be generated we will have to give the administrator the ability to:
1. Select which images will be used: As you can see at the front end we will use
a. One image for the thumbnail at the vessels list
b. A group of images which will be used to the slideshow and light box
c. And the pdf repots which images need to be used.
2. The ability to crop and resize them: Since the proportions and the use of all those images are predefined we need to give the ability to the administrator to perform a group of actions to make them fit to the specific use. That should be accomplished with a vessel image wizard based on tabs and the flow should be
a. Upload vessel images to the server (for new vessels since old vessels might have already some images uploaded)
b. At the first tab the user will have to select the thumbnail which will be used to thumbnail vessel list view. So the user will select the image he wants to be used and then he will have to move it to a frame with the same proportions and size we use at the front end either to resize or crop it. After he finish it we will save that as a new image.
c. At the next tab the user will have to select the images for the slideshow and he will have to perform the same action as above. At that point and after the resize move crop the user will have to fill the image attributes like name, order, description, etc
d. At the last step the user will have to do the same for the pdf reports so he will have to do the same.
In order to do tis we will have to use a readymade plug in which can be used to serve all above functionality
Server side part
All service side part can be developed with the preferred php framework (mvc based). That will be used for both back and front end. At the front end at the list view we are not going to have paging and all (40 vessels will me selected from the admin section to be displayed to front end) should be lazy loaded.
At front end we have 2 different templates which the administrator will be able to assign to each vessel. At the first template we have a standard bootstrap slideshow and a lightbox on click with which we will have a dull screen slider with all vessels assigned images.
At the second template as you can see at the html part we will have to display the specific vessel images as a background.
Extra notes: any php mvc framewor
