Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Seeking a developer to create a Laravel-based website using boostrap, Eloquent ORM, and potentially MongoDb (for future data flexibility and features but might consider MySQL). It will need to run on Nginx as a server. The project will be run in an Agile fashion and I will provide low res mockups to guide development.
Here are the questions I would ask to vet your capabilities:
1) Do you know Laravel?
2) Have you ever built a Laravel website with a bootstrap theme?
3) Have you used Laravel with Eloquent?
4) Have you ever setup Laravel with a payment system? Paypal, Credit Cards etc
5) Have you ever built a Laravel website with a user authentication system and restricted views?
6) Have you ever built a Laravel website with a MongoDb backend?
7) Have you ever built a Laravel website that is both a CMS and secure forms-based application?
Essentially, I want to build an online RFP platform that allows users to submit responses to RFPs. It's mostly forms based with a flow similar to this:
1) Someone creates an RFP (owner)
2) Anyone visiting the website can see RFP summaries but not the complete RFP.
3) People with accounts can read the complete RFP and post questions during the open period
4) People with accounts can submit responses.
5) The RFP owner can respond to questions, edit and add additional info/files to the RFP, and will see uploads
6) RFP Owner can close the bidding process
7) RFP Owner can select winner privately and inform others they were not selected.
** RFP Owners can create accounts and post RFPs for free
** RFP Responders must purchase an account (monthly or annual)
** 3-4 different purchase levels equating to number of responses and other future features.
** Front end of the website should be WordPress like...in other words there should be a CMS portion that supports static content and the RFP bidding portion that is secured.
** There will also be an admin portal for managing the users, content, billing etc.
This website is an example. http://www.rfp365.com/ but the industry vertical is different. It is NOT for construction bidding.
Note, I am a computer scientist but too slammed to get this done. All code will be stored in my shared GIT and UAT to be performed on my linux server.
If this interests you, please feel free to contact me.
