I will work with you to understand you business proposition and your goals and/or ambitions. Based on this I will write and develop a New Business Development Strategy for you, with key activities and objectives to move you towards your business goals.
You will a summary report outlining a suggested ProActive New Business Development Strategy. This will include my proposal for the best methods of communication when contacting suspects, How to identify suspects, some context around what and how you might wish to engage with suspects, some suggestions relating to benchmarked performance indicators and an outline of the end to end process timeline.
