What you get with this Hourlie
With this package, I will ensure you get the best picture and sound possible (I tend to record several copies of the audio, them mix them together for clarity), if it's indoors, and it's possible to set up my lights, I'll do that for you! This package also includes DVD/Blu Ray artwork design, with direct to disc printing. If you want me to take pictures for you, that's an optional extra. Some people don't care about DVD art, if you don't, it wont get you a discount, but you'll just get the name of the video printed on the disc and cover. You can give me pictures to use for the disc art. I tend to give honest opinions and advice about ideas and plans, that way, together, we will ensure your video, is the best it can. But at the end of the day, you call the shots.
I can take some pictures for you, on the day of the shoot, and use them for the artwork on your disc. It's also possible to add them to a file on the disc, or in a slide show (provided they fit on the disc). If they don't all fit on the disc, I will send the photos to you, one way or another... probably google drive.
Mastering for mass production
Basically, I do all the complex techie stuff needed, to prepare your disc for mass production. Over a few days, they may send "proofs" of what the mass produced version will look like. I will forward them to you, and fix any issues that arise. By the end of it, all you need to do, is order your discs, and pay the factory for it (I do not mass produce the Discs myself). The factories work on their own schedule, which is why I've said three days. It's unlikely to be longer. Mass production usually starts from 100 copies, which would be burnt (roughly £3 each). Then, at around 500 copies they charge less, and they make their own master out of glass, and press the discs, and the copyright can be added.
You can have green screen special effects (or just your logo). But for this, the room needs to be suitable. the room must be at least 3m x 6m, with electricity so I can power my lights. I can supply a studio, but you will have to pay the owner. The setup time for green screen isn't much, but it can take much longer to edit, which is why it says it takes two days. If you choose this, do not wear green on the day of the shoot! It makes my life easier.
Just need one, or a handful of copies? they will be made by me, at £20 each.
