What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Please note that Seed EIS only applies to Limited companies formed within the last two calendar years prior to when you intend to issue the shares.
We will require the name of the company and the current directors and shareholders. Please explain the nature of the business.
Please also send the investment memorandum if you have one and the relationship between the intended investors. If you do not have one please state the intended investment amounts and the final shareholdings you intend to make.
