1) Take an initial review of your existing CV or work experience to start identifying where it's already good and what needs improving.
2) Carry out a short "discovery" call with you (this may also be via email) to find out more about you, what you want to achieve, and what you've already achieved.
3) Book a 90 minute detailed consultation with you to go through your CV, uncover nuances and details or your achievements, helping to give you confidence for interviews.
4) Spend at least 3 hours working on your CV including researching your target market and relevant job postings. Edit your existing document and together come up with the right content by asking questions to gather the information people want to know. It's important that this is YOUR DOCUMENT so you need to be involved too. When you're in that interview you want to be familiar with the content - if I've completely written it, it won't feel "like you". But I'll be there to hone it for you.
5) When you are happy, I will finalise and format your CV for you to share as necessary. This will be within 2 days of the 90 minute consultation call, depending on your availability to review and submit any further edits.
6) We both leave each other a great review saying how great it all was and how much more CONFIDENT you are feeling as a result.
BONUS: If English is not your first language, I will help ensure your CV makes sense to English-speakers/readers.
