What the Freelancer needs to start the work

All I need are the requirements for the printer or the publishing standards like the LightningSource (LSI), Createspace or Amazon, Lulu, Blurb, etc.

And dont for the Book Title/Subtitle/Author/Back Blurb and ISBN number.
