Joan was good to work whith intially but it got harder to work with as she was not repsonsive and did not do the changes quick enough.

Joan did a fantastic job as usual. She was fast, professional and went beyond expectations. She is my go-to person.

From the advertising, I had high hopes for an excellent experience. Not so. I did not receive any of the services that were advertised. I ended doing most of the editing. In fact, I have sent to a second editor. There is a saying, "you get what you pay for." True. When someone promises you a turnaround of 48 hours on a 30,000 word document and have it ready for Kindle and KDP, be suspicious. Mine was delivered in 48 hours—riddled with punctuation mistakes. I do not recommend Joan for a project like the one I entrusted her with. I will say she did a good job with the book cover though.
