London, GBFor her for enthusiasm and persistence, I’d give Milli five stars, especially as this was her first PPH job. She was quick to respond, and very pleasant to work with. So why the three stars? My job took Milli out of her comfort zone, which meant I had to coach her more than I had anticipated. Milli’s talents clearly lie in creative writing, and while you did everything she could to complete this job, I think it was a step too far for now. That said, I would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Milli again on a more creative project.
