Very difficult person to work with. Extremely money minded. Requested me to release payment consistently even before the work was completed. Refused to stick to the PPh terms and conditions of recieving payment only after the job has been completed. I had to release funds upfront just so she could complete the work. But after fund was released she refused to complete the job, and kept making excuses. I finanlly had to count my loses and move on, as time was not on my side. She is not someone I would recommended to anyone who needs a reliable and steady freelancer to work with. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

For starters, an hourlie should be just that, right? A one-time engagement. I requested a release of part payment due to the nature of your demands. Difficult you are and with a temper to match.
