Truely awful. Constant delays (at one point these were blamed on a tooth ache, but Rasal could be seen to be reading my requests for an update and ignoring them).
Really awful standards when it came to managing own work such as checking documents for required changes before sending them.
Then both told me I had an obligation to give him a 5* review and asked for more money for doing a poorly executed task which I had to unnecessarily be involved with

This review is completely misleading and unfair. I delivered all work exactly as requested, including multiple revisions that were never part of the original agreement. The real issue was the client’s constant changes and lack of clear instructions, which made progress difficult. Communication was maintained throughout, and any minor delay was due to waiting for his unclear feedback. I never demanded a 5-star review or extra payment — I only asked for fair treatment and respect for the time and effort invested. I always aim to provide professional service, but unfortunately, this client made the process unnecessarily complicated.
