If you want 'template' website he is your man. If you want 'serious coding bespoke site' go elsewhere.
Unsatisfied, no graphic design sense or layout despite over 65 feedbacks, did not deliver on time. (FYI only 1 'under construction age')

The page is purely responsive, graphically not matching our mock up which was self-explanatory, typeface changes with the browsers & is just wrong. We have to employ somebody else to re-do.
This process made me physically ill.
