Website fully functional and in working order as well as home page etc completing

My objective is to just get my existing Laravel site in full working order because at this point in time the site does not work. Up to now the main issues I can see are the following;

1. auctions aren’t completing properly, there is no winner and no loser. the clock simply reaches 00:00:00 and nothing happens, no one is prompted for payment etc

2. for some reason the site is showing all the expired listings in both a customer search and in the seller side when auctions have finished as if they are still live. They aren’t going into the sold unsold folders and disappearing from available listings as they should.

3. notifications aren’t working at all, i.e. the little red number that used to appear near the bell at the top that gives info when clicked, is no longer working.

Obviously, I am unable to test it past an auction completing to see if there’s anything else that needs to be addressed.
other things I mentioned from the beginning of the project that are needing completion are added are the following (2 of which I have mentioned from the beginning only the final two ‘c and d’ are minor changes)

a) the front cover home pictures and icons added – all psds can and pre-worked images can be supplied

b) Some minor text instructions added above the 'bid request' page in customer side This text simply added to the bid request page in customer side under where it says Description or in a clickable (?) link in that place.

c) The percentages changing from 9% customer and 9% seller to a flat fee of 12.5 % customer and 0% seller

d). sellers should only get rewarded for referring other sellers, and customers only get rewarded for referring other customers, a customer doesn’t receive any credit for referring a seller or vice versa. Both customers and sellers receive a £25 credit when the person they refer uses the site for the first £500 spent as customer or received if they are sellers
