London, GBInitially, the communication with Techstriker was great. They were quick to respond to our queries, and the team always replied on the platform we used to communicate. We worked together to provide constant feedback on brand guidelines, content and design.
However, during the second milestone of our proposal we realized that the website has been completed in the incorrect platform. We choose Techstriker because they were certified HubSpot experts, and instead we had a website in WordPress. Eager to move forward to meet the deadline for our launch, we went ahead with the website in wordpress.
Once finished, the quality of the website was not good, each page takes a long time to load as well as pictures stretching not in line with the design. We had many of our clients and candidates report on how bad our website was, and only a couple of weeks after launch it was hacked.
Considering we only has 2 phases completed out of the three, TechStriker suddenly became very hard to get hold of. Communication was next to nothing, and we took up a lot of our own time trying to get answers for a service we paid for. They made the website so we weren’t the admin, which meant we couldn’t edit or install any plugins.
