Simon encountered horrible support from the vendor I was asking him to integrate with. He was tenacious in researching and communicating with me and attempting to communicate with the vendor. The final result was exactly what I needed. I would be a reference for Simon to anyone that wants more information and I would request him again the next time I need help.
