London, GBOverall good job, happy with the end result. Although I'm not a novice buyer of software or webdev services I managed to cause offence at what I felt was reasonable, I made sure to apologise and try to avoid disagreement but obviously didnt work out.
Paul completed the job successfully and is definitely an expert - I would recommend hiring him to others as Im sure this was just a one off. No hard feelings on my part and again 100% apology for any offence caused and best of luck.

London, GBTempted to give this job 1 star but I have given 4 as the job was completed in the end and Paul is definitely a capable expert who does a good job, just not someone I could work with again.
I found it hard to work with him as he became annoyed at me during the project - I would normally just cancel if a freelancer acts like that especially as I tried to apologise for any perceived offence caused - but Paul finished job in the end despite his annoyance at me, so overall I would recommend using him as his other feedback seems good. I would assume that if there are no misunderstandings (or whatever it was that he didnt like about my approach) there would be no problem. Paul T.
Not an experience I want to repeat. 9 hours of my time to complete something that should have taken 2. Tom's communication and management skills are poor to say the least. Bombarded with a constant stream of emails, most of which were rude bordering on offensive; regularly having my competence questioned by someone who agreed they had no clue what they were talking about and also being constantly accused of causing problems that were already present or had nothing to do with the job, is not really the makings of a good working relationship. All the people I've previously dealt with on PPH have been professional and great to work for, many have become regular customers and passed on my details to others. I can only hope this is a one off.
