I had a very negative experience. In total, I paid £900, and I do not have a website. I'm unable to do the basics like send and receive emails. On speaking to the freelancers I was informed they had got someone else to do the work which left me in a position of having no idea how to progress the work. I suggested a refund or part refund and was flatly refused, and the freelancer was very rude and told me he tricked me to get the money.
