Description
Experience Level: Entry
it is almost done, but the devloper has disappeared!
We are seeking a fast and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with expertise in HTML, CSS, responsive design, and Mirasvit banner customization. The role involves developing and maintaining fully responsive promo banners that seamlessly integrate both HTML-based and image-background designs. The graphic designer provides background and header images in fixed sizes, making updates as simple as changing text, discounts, and image names.
Banner Concept:
The concept is straightforward: all background and header images are provided in fixed sizes to ensure consistent design across all banners. This setup allows for quick updates by only modifying the header text, discount information, and image filenames—without the need to adjust CSS or layout. This ensures a scalable and efficient process for frequent banner updates.
What is Missing:
1. The header image is not stretching from the bottom of the slider to the top of the slider.
2. Full responsiveness across all devices is incomplete.
3. The mobile app banner is not added (a very simple task).
Work to Do:
1. Make the banner concept work, starting with a template and then implementing the banners for January.
2. Stretch the header image from the bottom to the top of the slider.
3. Finalize full responsiveness across all devices (this is 95% complete).
4. Fix the "Shop Now" button to correctly link to the relevant catalog price rule.
5. Implement the mobile app banner with a separate section in the HTML code sent to the API.
Testing and Live Deployment:
- Set up all changes on the live environment.
- Test all code thoroughly in the developer instance before going live.
What We Need:
Speed and precision are critical. Previous developers failed to deliver basic, responsive banners in a timely manner. This work is nearly complete—about 95% done—but the header image positioning, responsiveness, and the mobile app banner still need fixing, making this a small job.
Stop blaming my screen or anyone else's screen. If it looks bad on my screen, it looks bad on all screens. If responsiveness fails on my devices, it fails everywhere. Simply, do the job and stop complaining.
If you can deliver high-quality work quickly, we want to hear from you.
