Best freelancer i dealt with till date. Responsible...Fast...effective

I doubt any words can do Lilian complete justice. He was super-efficient, an EXCELLENT communicator and a perfectionist. My site is more than perfect, and works extremely smoothly and quickly. He went above and beyond at every opportunity, was always patient and pandered to my designer's perfectionism. I had to make a last minute complete change to one of my page designs and Lilian had it finished and functioning exactly to my paper-drawn design in 35 minutes. I think anyone would be foolish not to choose him for their development work, I will go straight back to him without considering any other routes if I need any tweaking/design changes on my website in the future.

As a buyer sometimes it's hard to trust a new outsource partner for many reasons. Language, accountability, and even skill. These did not pose any issue.
