Convert Website into Wordpress

General information for the website: Food Writer
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Search bar addition. Along with everything within the main content divs to be editable. Basically everything bar the header and footer need to be editable.
All HTML, CSS & Js files will be provided.
Extra notes: I need someone to convert a simple site into wordpress. The site is www.pipmccormac.com.
The site is all about a food writer and it will need everything within the main content area to be editable. He will be adding new recipes and reviews to his pages and when a user clicks on the link it would take him to the recipe page.

I also need to add a search bar. Have a look at the site and email me any questions you may have regarding the site.

I am on a tight deadline and will only listen to fixed fee offers.
