What a find Liam has been... I gave him a Jpeg image and asked him to turn it into a responsive website that looked identical to the image I provided! He did it and he did it quickly! I am very happy with the end result. As I wish to use Liam long term I asked another web designer I work with to look 'under the bonnet' of the website as it were to check the work was good - his judgement was that Liam definitely knows exactly what he is doing and that for the price the site was made incredibly well. I judge on communication, speed and quality of work and had a reputable web designer also judge the work Liam has done and I am please to say he passed with flying colours.
I will use long term and you should as well :)
