PHP website re-skin of existing layout

I have redesigned this website in Photoshop and am looking to send a web developer PSDs of each page to be developed. No functionality or major layout changes are required.

The pink header at the top and pink footer would be the same on every page and other pages would be much simpler but these will be designed soon. In total, there are around 10 different pages but most of those would be the same style. The main development would be on this attached home page.
