I think Abhi can programme no doubt about it. But he cannot meet deadlines and really needs to broaden his wordpress knowledge i.e. you can do a lot of work through the admin. If asked to communicate with with the hosting provider i expect him to do. I had to also constantly give him login details to the accounts..why didnt he write it down or save it for him to access.

Overall i think there are little things which could be ironed out. Punctuality, Getting things done as soon as possible. Expect him to be proactive and pester the client. so average review..but still a learning curve
