I am looking for someone to create a script to display the next upcoming fixture on a football teams web site from information available in a SQL database.
This script will need to display the next fixture for the team and update itself to display the next relevant fixture 90 minutes after the kick off time has passed. The database will be manually updated with new fixtures as the season progresses.
I have set up a database table with the following headers [opposition], [date], [venue], [kick_off] and wish to display the information of the next fixture for the team on a web page.
Date: [date] (displayed in long format i.e Saturday 15th August 2013)
Vs. [Opponents}
Venue: [venue]
Kick off: [kick_off]
Competition: [competition]
