As a food and drink brand we do not have technical expertise in house, but Shawn was very patient and clear with explanations, and was very supportive with the testing to ensure we were happy with the result. I would work with Shawn and Scrumbees again

Hayes, GBGood design but many issues incurred. Took over 9 months to deliver a fully functional system when it should have taken 2 months. Expected a very flexible system i.e if changes need to be made then could be done easily to suit business needs. However this wasn't the case and each change cost extra.
Spent more here than I would have done with a local company. Very expensive for a product that is seriously limiting. Dharmesh K.
I think your feeling is due to your own KARMA.. We had specifically provided you suggestions during our initial discussions, however to save few bucks you yourself chose limited and fixed functionalities .
Regarding the delay of 9 months, do you really think it was our fault ? we had provided you the full working application for TESTING within the phases and time frame provided in the proposal. however there was a delay from your end on testing , as you did not respond back on time and you kept on providing frequent change requests which extended the project.
Regarding the cost on change requests we tried to accommodate whatever we could on our side and had provided you detailed effort estimates and only on your confirmation we went ahead with the development without taking any advance payment for all those change requests.
