Custom CRM for EMAIL MARKETING

I have a marketing list which I would like to store on a CRM.

I would like the CRM to be very simple and Show the following who has opened clicked and visited a product page and filled in an enquiry form.

I would also like to place a disposition with the customer if I have followed up by either Interested Not Interested Follow Up Later.

I would also be able to add a follow up later if customer requests this.

I would also like a dash board which will be able to show how many email I have sent how many forms have been submitted which customers have clicked an open and If I have received query directly from the internet.

I will also need the CRM to be set up for Transactional Email through Send grid and also pre populate information on customers forms
