I've not head from you since Friday which has now been more than 1 working day, despite giving you extra time to complete this job, this has still not been done within the time scale requested and extended. The job still has not been completed and the work that has been done has been of a poor quality i.e. ecommerce tracking data still not coming through, tracking clicks instead of form downloads as described last week. I therefore require a refund.

The worst client experience with the client, I did my job and share the supported screenshots of the work but not be able to cross-check the data in GA as the client do not want to share the access of GA. Later she comes and told me that nothing is done and she needs her money refund back. I did the refund but wasted lots of my time.
