We have completed the work as agreed upon and shared screenshots of all completed tasks after thoroughly testing everything in debug mode. The issue with one conversion not working is due to a Google AdWords Ad extension, which falls outside the scope of our work.

The claim that our setup is not functioning is factually incorrect, as everything we implemented was properly tested and delivered. While we understand your frustration, the matter related to the AdWords Ad extension is not connected to our tasks, and we cannot be held responsible for it.
