Professional output but quite expensive as well. Said that i was not happy with the result, as the link between the product/audience and the ad and got a quite rebuffing reaction. What lasts is a mitigated feeling and result that doesn't fit the needs.

Well i think this is a little harsh to be fair. You stated you wanted changes to banners which we carried out including extensive edits to a 3D model. This had also been decided upon 3 weeks prior where you decided and chose to take the sketches we provided forward. All we did is recreate and bring to life the concept you selected.
It was not expensive - the added fees were required to get the needed edits on the 3D design which we informed you of prior to doing it and you agreed to this. I think it was 4 hours extra work in the end. Sorry that you feel this way but we think that the job was completed to a satisfactory and high quality as you stated. At no point since we revised the banners did you express that you were not satisfied with them. We only created what you asked and gave you a choice of sketches to choose from.
