Logo design, print ad design and website seo

I own a rockabilly and pinup clothing line and ive already got a logo but i dont really like it so i would like to have it redone.

I found a graphic online that i really like so i would like to have a logo created very similar to this image. The image isnt a logo, i think it may have been a flyer of some kind but i think it would really capture the style and look im going for.

After a new logo is created im also looking for someone to create an ad for me to be used in both print and digital media. Is that also something you could do?

I also just published my website but i know nothing aboyt seo so i could use some help with that.

Questions.... Do you do all of those things and how much would you charge?
